    In all other cases, confidentiality is fully maintained.<\/p>\n

    3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Cancellations or changes to a scheduled session must be made at least 24 hours<\/strong> before scheduled meeting<\/p>\n

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours are fully charged<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Failure to attend a scheduled session is considered completed and is fully charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      This policy applies to all individual and corporate sessions.<\/p>\n

      4. Payments & Invoicing<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Payments are made before or immediately after the session, depending on the type of service.
      For corporate clients, invoicing is carried out according to the agreed collaboration framework.<\/p>\n

      No refunds are offered for sessions that have been completed.<\/p>\n

      5. Role & Responsibility Boundaries<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Coaching and consulting services aim to support personal and professional development.

      • does not provide legal, medical, or psychotherapeutic services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The client remains solely responsible for their own choices and actions.<\/p>\n
