All sessions and any information exchanged between the client and the provider are considered strictly confidential.
Exceptions apply only when:

• there is a legal obligation to disclose information
• there is a risk to the life or physical safety of the client or third parties

In all other cases, confidentiality is fully maintained.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes to a scheduled session must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled meeting

• Cancellations made within 24 hours are fully charged.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session is considered completed and is fully charged.

This policy applies to all individual and corporate sessions.

4. Payments & Invoicing

Payments are made before or immediately after the session, depending on the type of service.
For corporate clients, invoicing is carried out according to the agreed collaboration framework.

No refunds are offered for sessions that have been completed.

5. Role & Responsibility Boundaries

Coaching and consulting services aim to support personal and professional development.
The provider:

• does not guarantee specific outcomes.
• is not responsible for the client’s decisions or actions.
• does not provide legal, medical, or psychotherapeutic services.

The client remains solely responsible for their own choices and actions.

6. Website Use

The content of the website (texts, images, materials) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

The business complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is collected exclusively for the purposes of communication, service delivery, and invoicing.
